RECIPE FOR 100 g. OF ROOTS:
INGREDIENTS: 100 gr. of Gentian roots . 2.5 liters of white wine – 0.5 liters of alcohol – 300 g of sugar – 0.5 liters of water.
PREPARATION: Place Gentian roots in wine and alcohol for 40 days; when finished, filter. Next, dissolve the sugar in boiling water. Wait for it to cool and combine it with the previously filtered Gentian wine.
