Brigand’s Gentian is a white wine-based liqueur made through a 100 percent artisanal process and does not use any type of flavoring. The roots are washed and brushed by hand and then left to steep for forty days.
The end result is a product with a bitter, rounded taste, in keeping with the ancient Abruzzo tradition.
